The Royal Harbour

Academy

GCSE Results 2024

The Royal Harbour Academy is really proud of how well its students have achieved in their GCSE exams this year and the results build on the continuing success of the school.  49% of students received a Level 4 grade or better in their English exams, while 41% of students secured a Level 4 grade or above in maths. 





There were lots of wonderful successes and some excellent performances. Including:

Eva Cannon who achieved 10 GCSEs including 4 grade 7s and a grade 8 in English Literature.

“I’m really happy with my results. I know I worked really hard, but I know that my teachers also helped me to achieve these grades.”

Bailey Teague achieved 9 good grade GCSEs including 7s in Computing, Ethics and Philosophy and Science.

“I am very happy with my grades. I want to thank all the staff that have helped me; Royal Harbour Academy is a community that helped me to stay engaged and work hard.”

Masechaba Cleveland was awarded 8 strong passes at GCSE including grade 7s in English Language, Maths and Computing.

“I feel very relieved and happy that the hard work paid off. All of the stress was worth it. I am excited to now pursue dreams of sixth form and then computer science and mathematics at university. I would like to thank my parents for pushing me and believing in me.”

Parisa Kanda achieved 8 good passes with a  grade 9 in English Language, a grade 8 in Ethics and Philosophy and a grade 7 in English Literature.

“ I’m very proud of myself. I felt nervous coming in today, but I am so happy now.”

Jasmine Webster secured 9 GCSEs including an 8 in English Language and a 7 in English Literature.

“I’m so pleased with my results. Thank you so much to the RHA staff for their support, especially over the last few months.” 

Caroline Tidy, Head of Year 11, said: “It’s brilliant to see the students and celebrate their successes with them. They deserve to be really proud of their achievements and the amazing young people they are.”

Simon Pullen, Headteacher, said: “It is another year of real success at The Royal Harbour Academy. I am proud of how hard both our students and staff have worked to achieve another year of great results.”
