On Wednesday 27th November, The Royal Harbour Academy hosted its annual Presentation Evening, a prestigious event dedicated to honouring the exceptional achievements of students across all year groups.. Award winners, along with their families, were warmly welcomed to the evening with a delightful canapé reception before making their way to the school theatre for the ceremony.
The event celebrated the hard work and outstanding accomplishments from the previous academic year. Each year group had award winners, highlighting a broad spectrum of talent and effort across the school.
The highlight of the evening was the presence of Harriet Pavlou, the World Panna Champion, who attended as the guest of honour. Harriet delivered an inspiring speech that resonated with both students and their families. She spoke passionately about perseverance, dedication, and the power of believing in oneself, emphasising the importance of being ready, honourable, and aspirational—core values that align with the ethos of The Royal Harbour Academy.
Both the headteacher and Harriet Pavlou reiterated the school’s ethos throughout the evening. The headteacher shared heartfelt congratulations with all the award winners and emphasised the significance of the values that guide the school community. Harriet’s message of readiness, honour, and aspiration inspired everyone in attendance to continue striving for excellence, both inside and outside the classroom.
The Presentation Evening was a memorable occasion, filled with pride and celebration, as The Royal Harbour Academy continues to nurture and recognise the talents of its students.
Headteacher, Simon Pullen, commented: “I am extremely proud of our students for their outstanding achievements showcased at our recent presentation evening. It was an absolute pleasure to celebrate the wonderful achievements of our students.”
